Three Critical Focuses:
Potential of One is working to change the conversation, the way we think about learners and making the change process possible.
To address the complex and multifaceted needs of the learning community across the United States, Potential of One has developed an intricate approach bringing thought leadership, educational innovation, and the latest in educational research to the development of services to the greater community of learners.
Potential of One is founded on the idea that all individuals are learners and all learners can meet their highest potential if only given the opportunity to develop the skills that will act as the foundation for their learning path to be built upon. Through the strategic combination of three critical focus areas, thought leadership, innovation, and research, we can drive the national conversation while ensuring policy, practice, and legislative priorities are better aligned to the reality of teaching and learning in a modern American setting.
Innovation
Potential of One works with leading technology, research, and instructional methodologies to ensure alignment and make possible more significant outcomes for underserved populations.
Through a combination of innovation with the two other focus areas, Potential of One will seek to develop strategies to directly impact the learning process and associated outcomes within communities of practice.
Research
Potential of One focuses on strategic and scholarly research, wrapping around all of our work and across multiple marketplaces, acting to inform our practice.
As a core aspect of learning development, research is foundational to developing the most effective approaches to be deployed within a population of learners across the nation.
Thought Leadership
Potential of One is focused is on developing reflective thinking as foundational in the development of more effective learning practices. Through thought leadership, Potential of One seeks to inform the sector and impact the opportunity for change in the learning process for all communities of practice.
