Instructional Implementation Specialist – Education Technology

These advanced tools support districts, schools, and educators in making data-driven decisions, leveraging proactive measures, and enabling learners to track their skills, competencies, and achievements from K-12 through adulthood. We are seeking a dynamic Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the integration of Headstream Technologies' Learner Ecosystem within educational institutions. This role focuses on helping educators, administrators, and district leaders use our software tools to empower learners along their academic and career pathways. The position requires an understanding of educational technology and the unique challenges faced by schools and districts.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow the Implementation Project Plan with the Client: Guide the client through each phase of the project plan to ensure clarity and alignment with their goals.
  • Lead the Implementation Process: Oversee the deployment of the MILearner Wallet and MyLearner Insight platforms within K-12 districts and post-secondary institutions.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with district personnel, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide Training and Support: Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to educators, administrators, and learners, maximizing platform adoption and effectiveness.
  • Assist in Data-Driven Decision-Making: Help district leaders leverage data insights provided by the platform to make informed, impactful decisions.
  • Customize Software Features: Tailor and configure the platform’s features to meet the unique needs of each educational partner, enhancing the client experience.
  • Monitor and Optimize Implementation Success: Continuously track the project’s success, identify any areas for improvement, and proactively address challenges to ensure a smooth implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in implementing education technology within school districts or higher education institution. 
  • Strong understanding of K-12 processes, particularly around learner tracking and competency-based education. 
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data integration and software system configurations is a plus.

  • Hybrid role with remote flexibility; includes required in-office days in Charlotte, MI
